Creative Wellness Retreat in Siargao: May 16 & 17

A two-day journey into art, mindfulness, and island living.

Join us for the Creative Wellness Retreat—a space where creativity and wellness meet. Set in the heart of Siargao, this two-day experience invites you to slow down, connect with nature, and rediscover joy through hands-on, soul-nourishing workshops.

Day 1: 

9am-11am: Clay Meditation 

A tactile grounding practice using foraged clay from the island. In this session, participants will work with raw clay—not to create finished pieces, but to be fully present in the moment. You’ll take home the clay itself, carrying a piece of the island with you as a reminder to stay grounded.

3pm-5pm: Sound Healing & Breathwork

Begin with gentle breathwork and pranayama to ground the body and calm the mind. Through conscious breathing, we prepare the nervous system for deeper healing. The session continues with a sound bath using vibrations and frequencies to promote clarity, relaxation, and inner balance. A nurturing and powerful way to close the day.

Day 2

9am-11am: Basic Fermentation 

Discover the magic of fermentation and how it connects to creativity and care. We’ll make a simple island-style fruit kimchi using locally available ingredients—something you can easily recreate at home.

3pm-5pm: Botanical Watercolor

Connect with nature through art. In this session, you’ll learn the basics of botanical watercolor painting using tropical leaves, flowers, and herbs as your inspiration. No experience needed—just a willingness to observe, feel, and express.

Leave the retreat feeling more grounded, inspired, and in tune—with yourself, with others, and with the island.

2. Flight tickets and accommodations are not included in the retreat fee.
